STORM DAMAGE IN HOUSTON RESIDENCE

After a recent hurricane, a Houston residence experienced water damage and unsanitary conditions in his residence. Prior to SERVPRO's arrival, cabinets, flooring, and drywall had already been removed. We met with the homeowner and walked the entire house. Some areas were dry except for several exterior and garage walls. We set out to moisture map the affected areas, set up equipment, clean and sanitize, and pressure wash the floors. Additionally, we completed the demolition, squared off the area, and continued to monitor the conditions. Materials dried as expected, and additional air movers helped expedite the process. The affected areas were rebuilt, leaving the owner pleased and satisfied.
