LONG BEACH UNITS AFFECTED BY RAIN WATER
Several units in Long Beach experienced large water loss after rain water had seeped through the roof. SERVPRO of Northeast Long Beach / Lakewood responded to the scene to assess the situation. Due to extensive damage, demolition was required to restore the units. The mitigation team began removing wet insulation and placing drying equipment in all affected areas. The floor boards, shown here, also needed replacing because of high levels of saturation. Cleanups efforts continued though the reconstructive process, including mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning walls and ceilings, and restoring bathroom tiles and toilets. After extensive work, the units were dried and restored back to new.
