A leak was detected in an upstairs bathroom after the supply line to the bidet burst. Our SERVPRO technicians were quick to handle the job, regardless of the time of day. After an initial inspection, some key observations were made. The water seeped downstairs to the lower level garage, laundry room, den, family room, and office. Additionally, the ceiling fan partially collapsed from the excessive water, and the wood floor in the closet and vanity area had to be removed. We were quick to create a water mitigation plan and put our equipment to work. Once the area was set up, significant progress was made to make the home livable again.
