MOLD DISCOVERED IN LONG BEACH UNIT

After a tenant found water in the walls of her condominium, SERVPRO of Northeast Long Beach / Lakewood was quick to respond to the call. Upon inspection, a leak from behind the toilet had saturated the entire area and affected several rooms. It made its way into the carpet, walls, and baseboards. 

Due to the extent of the damage, the tack-strip and carpet pad were removed. Air movers were stationed to dry the home as much as possible, and significant progress was made drying down the unit. As water mitigation continued, the unit eventually experienced a complete restoration. The tenant was happy to see her home back to new.
